Sadly, due to a lack of volunteers available to support the day to day running of the Hall, we have suspended taking bookings for Casual Hires (e.g. Birthday parties or occasional events) for the foreseeable future. We will honour all bookings already in place by 21 November 2023 and we will still accept bookings for regular hirers.
Unfortunately we do not have enough active volunteers to undertake the following duties:
- Issuing keys to occasional hirers (birthday parties, meetings etc.)
- Checking the Hall has been left clean and tidy after a hire
- Collecting in keys after a hirer is finished
- Informing committee members when there is a problem or repair needed
