Parking at the Hall:

Parking in the Hall car park is reserved for users of the Halls only.

Regularly, users are arriving at the Hall and are unable to attend their groups and sessions because they cannot park, a number of our users have restricted mobility and need to use their vehicles.

These groups provide many members of our community with social interaction, activities and support which they would not be able get elsewhere so it is vitally important that they are given priority.

We have been taking steps to advise people using the Hall car park for other purposes but to no avail, therefore we have decided to engage with a third party parking enforcement provider.

The third party enforcement company have installed signage around the car park explaining and will be enforcing the rules via Automatic Number Plate Recognition technology.

All Hall Users parking their vehicles will need to enter their vehicle registration upon arrival on the electronic screen in the foyer of each Hall. Failure to do so may result in a Penalty Charge Notice being issued by the third party provider.

There is a 30 minute grade-period for anyone using the car park before a penalty charge notice is issued, if you enter and leave before the end of the 30 minutes you should not receive a Penalty Charge Notice.

Vehicles are parked at their owners risk and the Committee does not accept any liability whatsoever for vehicles using the car park. Comeytrowe Community Hall does not receive any money from the Penalty Charge Notices.
