Data Protection Policy Privacy Notice:
We collect information about you in order to manage your hire of the hall and keep track of any financial dealings between us – whether you owe us any money, for instance, or whether we owe any to you such as the refund of a deposit. We may also use your information to inform you of any events or fundraising activities at the hall. The information we collect will not be used for any other purpose and we shall never pass on your information to any other individual or company unless legally required to do so. We will not share your information for any marketing purposes.
The information we collect may include but is not limited to your name, the organisation you represent, your address, telephone numbers, e-mail address and bank details.
We may hold your information securely for up to seven years after our dealings with you are ended. We need to do this in order to keep verifiable records for accountancy purposes. At the end of that time your information will be securely destroyed if held electronically or shredded if held in hard copy.
You may access the information we hold about you at any time by making a data subject access request to our e-mail address at comeytrowecommunityhall@gmail.com
